Okay, let's just say your girl is working on saving money 🤑 Because I just need to make sure I am SECURE! When I think of treating myself, I always think of getting my nails done, taking myself out to dinner, going to watch a movie, etc. Why does it always involve spending money?! 😕
Here's the reminder that you can still treat yourself without spending money‼️
First and foremost, GO TAKE A NAP!! 😴 We all need rest. It doesn't help our mood to be tired every day and not refuel. So I say go take that nap girl!
Another cost-free self-care activity is taking a nice hot and relaxing shower or bath 🧖♀️ Dim or turn off the lights, light a candle, use your favorite body wash and body scrub, play your favorite playlist and crank up the hot water! It's something about a hot shower that really relaxes me.
Another way to practice self-care without spending money is to meditate 🧘♀️ All it takes is 15 to 20 minutes. Wake up earlier, or save 15-20 minutes before bedtime and practice mindfulness.
