With everything we have going on nowadays, nobody has time for anything. But we make time for the things that are important to us and self-care is important to me, so I make time for it!!
If you struggle with finding time for self-care, try one of these tips:
1️⃣ Schedule it on your calendar 📅 Book the day or a few hours like you do for appointments and meetings.
2️⃣ Take your PTO at work. Mental Health days are considered sick time.
3️⃣ Wake up a little earlier one day a week, to have some time to yourself.
4️⃣ Subscribe to one of our self-care boxes. It reminds you each month to take that time for YOU. And includes a variety of different things you can do for self-care.
